We left on Friday afternoon and made the 2 1/2 hour drive to Cincinnati!!
Gabe was very happy to get out of his car seat and jump, roll and play on the big hotel bed!!

We went to dinner at one of our favorite Cincinnati spots... Montgomery Inn!
We were seated at a PERFECT table... right on the river! This gave Gabe something to look at during dinner :)

After dinner, we went for a stroll along the river and stopped at a water fountain area that has just been recently built. It provided a nice way to cool off... Gabe wasn't so sure about water shooting up at him!

On Saturday we got up, ate breakfast, went for a short swim (Gabe wasn't too excited about it), went to lunch at one of our other fave spots, First Watch, hit the bookstore where Brett found 2 new books for Gabey, went to a basketball game to watch some W-G girls then promptly came back to the hotel for a MUCH NEEDED NAP for Snuggly! Whew, busy day!
On Sunday, we all got up early and met the Sprangs at the Cincinnati Zoo!

After the zoo, we ate at the boys' favorite spot, Skyline Chili to round out our "taste of Cincinnati". After some good food and good conversation, we set out on 75N toward home! What a fun weekend!
