For Deb's Birthday I made a Chocolate Cake filled with Peppermint Ice Cream topped with Cream Cheese Icing and Candy Cane bits!! I've always wanted to make this cake and think it turned out pretty well! Definitely a good idea for a Christmas gathering! :)
