A few weeks ago, we had a double birthday party for Grandma Alice and Grandpa Lou! Since Grandpa was in the hospital over Grandma's 75th Birthday we thought we could double up and celebrate both of theirs at the same time since Grandpa's was going to be the next day. So after a delicious dinner, we had chocolate ice cream cake!

I was SO happy with this came out! Double fudge chocolate cake filled with strawberry ice cream covered with dark chocolate icing! Since I'm not a cake or ice cream eater, I took everyone else's word for it that it came out great!!! Now I have all kinds of cool ideas to make different ice cream cakes! :)
