Lent!!!

As you know, today is Ash Wednesday, marking the start of the season of Lent. For 40 days and 40 nights many Christians will "give up" something that plays importance or takes up much time in their lives and instead will use that time or craving for a certain thing to instead pray and focus on the Lord and His sacrifice.

Brett and I have FINALLY decided what we're giving up this year:

Brett: Skyline Chili

Both of these things play BIG parts in our lives and we feel they would be great things to give up and instead use that time to instead pray. Here's to a tough 40 days and 40 nights! :) I'm sure by the end of it we will have drawn MUCH closer to the Lord!
