Chicken Stuffing Casserole

This recipe is not new to us, we eat it quite often in fact! And it's certainly not the prettiest dish, in fact it looks quite awful in the picture, but it's quite the tasty all in one dish!! It was submitted to the First United Methodist Church Cookbook by June Harbor.

Ingredients:

- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (Chicken)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Large can of chicken or turkey (we use the canned white chunk chicken)
- 1 8oz Sour Cream (we use Fat Free)
- 1 stick margarine or butter (I actually don't use this, I use a dollop of spray butter and it tastes just fine!)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

- Prepare stuffing according to box.
- Put in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Add chicken or turkey
- Heat soup, sour cream and margarine. Pour over chicken and stuffing.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Reviews:

Well, since we make this probably 2-3 times a month, we like it pretty well! Easy to throw together on a busy night, great comfort food, and enough to feed 2-3 people.

Brett gave it a 7 out of 10
Brooke gave it a 7 out of 10
