For my birthday, Brett got me Blessid Union of Souls tickets! When we first started dating, we would drive around in his SHO and listen to this CD forever! So when he found out they were playing at Hollywood Casino right across the border in Indiana, he bought the tickets! And AWESOME tickets they were! We were in the 2nd row! It was the most laid back concert either of us have ever been to. You could walk up right in front of the stage to take a picture and no one stopped you. You could get up anytime and go back to the room and get a drink or stand back there. It was in one of their ballrooms so it made the band that much closer to you! We had a great time hearing some of their new songs and reliving old ones!!
After the concert, we played a slot machine! This place was HUGE!! Machines, tables, games EVERYWHERE! It was definitely a place you could stay a whole day and maybe not see all of it! Brett won on his first time! A grand total of $2!!! Sadly, I did not win, but we broke even and got our money back so we called it a victory :)
