A Spring Like Saturday

Yesterday was SO beautiful we opened up the windows and aired the apartment out!! The cats THOROUGHLY enjoyed listening to the birds and smelling all the scents! We took the opportunity to get a little spring cleaning done....

After a quick cat nap with Brett on the couch!

While Max and I were making the bed, he stretched his back feet and I noticed a little pink on his little pad. A few days ago he stepped on the toaster while it was making toast and it caused quite the chaotic scene. Max freaked out and took off, knocking the still cooking toaster onto the floor, causing Sabo and Sophia to take off and knock everything off of the counter and Sophia to "sprain" her ankle. Oh the injuries!! Sophia has since recovered and is no longer limping. Max has quite a little burn on his pad, but it looks very healthy and healing quite nicely. And you'd never know it by the way he still runs and gets frisky through the apartment! Poor little guy though!!

After Brett washed our cars, Sabo decided it was time for another cat nap!

For dinner we went to Jet's Pizza, a favorite among locals that was brought down from that state up north, M!c#ig@n.

The pizza was pretty good and the bread-sticks were AWESOME!!!

Then it was time for ANOTHER catnap!!
Such a tiring day!

That night Brett and I ordered Couples Retreat off of Paperview, it was SO good! I totally recommend it to any couple and anyone who wants a good laugh! Many of you know of my love for Vince Vaughn, so this only sweetened the deal! But it was a great romantic comedy and even caused Brett to laugh out loud!!

It was quite a productive and relaxing Spring like Saturday!!!
