Hi all! We just wanted to update all of you on what's going on with us these days! Brett's last day with the Reds was last Friday. While he is glad to be getting out of sales for a bit he is bummed to be leaving the Reds. There may be opportunities in the future there, but as of right now, he is looking for a full time job elsewhere. He is currently working at Garretson Resoultion Group. Josh Sprang actually works there and gave Brett the info on a temp job there. Brett reviews documents in a series of stops for some financial claims. He started there on Monday, so we're very fortunate to have no stop in payday. The position could last up to 2 months, though we don't know that for sure. We're just happy he has something to go to while he looks for something more permanent. We'll keep you updated on any new job info that comes Brett's way!!
As for Brooke, same ol same ol. I'm still at The Animal Hospital on Mt Lookout Square as a receptionist. Work is pretty slow right now, which is typical in the veterinary business for this time of year. But it makes for some pretty boring days!! But, I'm glad to have the job.
The cats are doing well, enjoying their days on the warm couch, snuggling and watching the birds knock all the bird seed on the deck all day. Life is good! :)
As far as anything else, nothing else new going on. Just trying to keep warm during this crazy winter weather and looking forward to spring coming sometime soon!
